Dear Parents,
It is that time of year when children take off their jackets outside and forget to bring them in when the recess bell rings. Please use a sharpie marker and write your child's name on the tag so that their jacket can be returned to them quickly. Your help will be greatly appreciated. :)
Just a reminder to call the office or send a note with your child if the usual way they are to go home changes. Children get confused with changed plans and tell me differently. Your cooperation will be greatly appreciated. Your child's safety is my top priority.
I will be giving the READING, MATH, and SPELLING ASSESSMENTS on THURSDAY'S now. If there are make-up tests to take, I have to give during the student's recesses. I have no other time to give them. I do not want them missing the daily lesson.
We have a cold-water fountain that automatically fills up water bottles. A healthy snack is allowed for the students to bring. Please do not send candy, soda, or gum.
This website will be one of three ways of communicating with you. On this site, I will be posting homework assignments, important dates, or happenings. Also, I can be reached by calling the school number at 428-0477. I also have a school email account: brenda.hall@solomon.k12.az.us, and the Remind account. I will be sending an invite to you all to join the Remind website.
