Welcome Back to School!
Hello, my name is Melissa Price. I am new at Solomon School District. I will be teaching Preschool and Special Education K-5.
I have taught Special Ed. for 22 years. I love teaching younger students and watching them learn and grow.

Preschool School /Special Education
I have enjoyed getting to know my preschool students as well as my sped students here at Solomon School District.
On Wednesday October 29th my preschool class is having a Halloween Party and we will be watching the movie "Spookley the Square Pumpkin". I will be sending home permission slips for students to be able to watch the movie. If parents would like to bring treats for our party that would be helpful. I will also be bringing treats and activities for the students to do the day of our party. Let me know if you have any questions. Parents can contact me through Remind, email or by phone.
My Preschool Class will also be watching a movie the day of the party. We will be watching "Spookley the Square Pumpkin". This movie is Rated G so I was told that I don't need parents to sign permission slips for students to watch the movie. Let me know if you have any questions.

Sped and Preschool
I can't believe that October is almost over. The school year seems to be moving fast.
It is exciting to see each of my students in preschool and in my resource classes show progress with goals each day. It is also fun to see each student's expression when they show excitement about learning as well.
I look forward to seeing each student learn and grow as the school year moves on.
