Welcome Back to School!

Hello, my name is Melissa Price. I am new at Solomon School District. I will be teaching Preschool and Special Education K-5.

I have taught Special Ed. for 22 years. I love teaching younger students and watching them learn and grow.
Preschool School /Special Education
My Preschool class is working hard to learn the last few letters of the alphabet. We will start learning to decode short vowel words in a few weeks. Most all of my students know all of there colors and shapes and are working on mastering numbers as well as letter names and sounds. It is exciting to watch my preschool students learn and grow as the school year goes on.

My Special Ed. Students also are showing progress with their goals and I hope to see them continue to learn and grow at their ability level.

I am excited to see students continue to learn and grow as the school year continues.
Sped and Preschool
I enjoy creating new activities for my students to use in preschool as well as in special education. It is important to have a variety activities to help students learn and grow.
